It features a 6″ round top grate made from corrosion-resistant type 304 stainless steel to provide superior durability, while the slotted design allows water to easily pass through and into the drain plumbing. Additionally, the grate holes are heel-proof to prevent tripping and injuries. And since it secures to the drain body with screws, it’s a great option for applications where tampering is a concern. It installs in the drain body with a 3 1/2-8 NPSM thread.
