Flush toilets without physically touching them using this Zurn Elkay ZEMS6000AV-HET-IS-W1 AquaSense water closet flush valve with hardwired automatic sensor – 1.28 GPF! Ideal for high use applications, this WaterSense labeled flush valve is extremely durable and its diaphragm includes a linear filter that is resistant to clogs. A hardwired attached automatic sensor uses infrared technology to detect motion, which triggers the diaphragm for hands-free flushing. In addition, the chloramine-resistant, dual seal technology helps cut down on service calls as well as maintenance costs.
This flush valve requires 1.28 gallons of water per flush and the touchless design helps stop the spread of germs. It includes a high back pressure vacuum breaker and the control stop has internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow with a vandal-resistant stop cap to prevent unwanted tampering. A one-piece hex coupling nut and spud coupling and flange make for easy top spud connection and servicing, while an adjustable tailpiece makes installation easier. Additionally, this flush valve connects to plumbSMART so you can track and receive customizable alerts on data like flush activations, water usage, and maintenance tasks in real time at any point in the day!
