This convenient unit includes both a drain and overflow to prevent excess water pooling. It comes with two 8 3/8″ dome strainers that give rain and melted snow or ice room to flow freely into your drainage system while keeping out leaves and other debris. Whether you need a way to remove water from the roof of your restaurant, retirement community, or warehouse, this combination roof drain and overflow is an excellent choice for any operation with a ‘flat’ roof. It comes with a patented Top-Set deck plate that cuts installation time in half while providing a more secure installation.
This unit’s rugged Dura-Coated cast iron body helps ensure long lasting durability. The clamp device and gravel guard protects against leaks and prevents gravel from entering the drain. Thanks to the 4″ no-hub outlet, installing the drain is even easier than comparable hub outlets.
