Keep your water lines working properly with this Zurn Elkay 1-20XLDUC 1″ double female copper sweat union connection water pressure reducing valve! Specifically designed for installation on potable water lines, it will reduce inlet pressure for a lower outlet pressure, while the direct acting integral by-pass design prevents excessive pressure from building up that might be caused by thermal expansion. The integral stainless steel strainer makes this most ideal for use with residential water systems that require frequent cleaning of sediment and debris build-up. It’s rated for up to 300 PSI of pressure and for temperatures of up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s built with double female copper sweat union connections.
This valve’s balanced stem design allows it to react smoothly and quickly to changes in system flow demand, while also continuing to protect against inlet pressure changes. It even has a compact construction and short lay length for easy and versatile installation. The composite cartridge and durable, UV-resistant threaded bell housing provide easy internal access for repairs and are also corrosion-resistant so you can trust in this valve’s long-term reliability.
