This set provides a challenging yet fun and encouraging terrain for little ones to build their mobility, coordination, and confidence during exploration and play. Beautifully crafted blocks with tactile soft carpet invite crawling infants to develop necessary muscles and motor skills, while also providing cushioning for a toddler’s bumps and falls. Build the ideal woodscape by rearranging the different units included to keep little tykes engaged and to best suit the space at your daycare center, school, church, or Head Start facility. Customize your play space further by adding additional individual components (sold separately).
The bases of these blocks are made of durable birch plywood with a natural, non-toxic UV finish for long-lasting use and children’s safety. All edges are rounded over and sanded smooth for further protection. The carpeting material is blue olefin, which is known for its strength, colorfastness, and comfort. It’s also stain-, mildew-, and abrasion-resistant and will not fade easily from sunlight. Blue olefin is a synthetic fiber that is also CPSIA compliant. This set includes 4 units in total: 1 large platform, 1 small platform, 1 ramp, and 1 step. This item has a maximum weight capacity of 100 lb. per piece and a recommended age range of 6 months to 3 years.
