A perfect addition to any restroom, this T&S EC-3104-VF05 ChekPoint electronic deck mounted faucet with 4 13/16″ spout is a great way to reduce the spread of germs in your business! A hands-free faucet is a must-have for any safety-conscious operation, and it is particularly valuable in settings where disease can have a profound negative impact on your business, such as in restaurants or in healthcare facilities. The sensor in this unit detects when your hands are in position and dispenses water accordingly, eliminating the need to touch faucet handles and also reducing the chance of leaving a faucet running.
This faucet has a 4″ solid cast brass spout with a chrome-plated finish for a sleek look and easy cleaning. A 0.5 GPM non-aerated spray outlet provides a gentle “shower” spray pattern that provides a low flow perfect for public lavatories and similar applications, and it is vandal-resistant to prevent tampering and damage.
The faucet mounts on 4″ centers. One hole is used to run the 24″ sensor cable from the control module to the faucet. The other is used to run a 1/2″ NPSM x 1/4″ NPSM, 18″ stainless steel supply hose from the faucet to the control module. The control module itself comes in a water-resistant housing to provide protection against leaks, and contains the internal flow control setting switches. It can be operated using either the included 100-240VAC adapter, with (4) AA batteries, or it can be hardwired using the terminals on the back.
A mechanical mixing valve combines incoming cold and hot water and limits the temperature of water going to the faucet. Finally, two 18″ long, 3/8″ compression x 1/2″ NPSM stainless steel supply hoses allow you to connect the unit to your facility’s water lines.
