This Sloan 3335159 Optima polished chrome battery powered deck mounted sensor faucet with 5 1/8″ spout, side mixer, and 0.35 GPM aerated spray device is a great way to bring the convenience and safety of hands-free operation to your restroom! The polished chrome finish complements nearly any design aesthetic, lending a subtle, modern accent to your sink. It features a 5 1/8″ high pedestal spout with a 0.35 GPM multi-laminar spray device, which creates a comfortable flow pattern without aerating the water stream. This design is particularly important in applications where contamination is a concern, since a typical aerator can introduce airborne germs into the water supply.
The infrared sensor has an adjustable range of 2 1/2″ – 7 1/2″ – 0″ and comes set with a default timeout of 10 seconds. By using a sensor, you eliminate the faucet handle, which is a key contact point for germs to spread. This helps to make your business safer and more sanitary for guests and employees alike!
The faucet installs on a single mounting hole and a 13″ long flex hose connects the faucet to the water supply, which installs conveniently underneath the sink. This unit comes with a 6V CR-P2 lithium battery so it’s ready to use right out of the box. With the battery installed, it can provide up to 3 years of life, giving you plenty of time before a changeout is needed. Additional features include a bi-stable magnetic solenoid valve for increased energy savings, and an integrated side mixer.
