A perfect addition to any restroom, this Rubbermaid® 1818968 Milano electronic hands-free faucet with a 3 3/4″ spout is a great way to reduce the spread of germs in your business! The Surround Sensor technology in this AutoFaucet detects when your hands are within 3″ of the omnidirectional sensor and dispenses water accordingly, eliminating the need to touch faucet handles and also reducing the chance of leaving a faucet running, saving you water and money. Water flow is activated by a sensor located at the base of the faucet and is powered by the included four D batteries, able to last for 400,000 wash cycles. A 0.5 GPM aerated spray outlet provides a gentle flow with minimal splashing, perfect for public lavatories and similar applications.
This faucet has a 3 3/4″ spout with a polished chrome finish for a sleek look and easy cleaning. It mounts easily on 8″ centers. The control module provides protection against leaks and contains the internal flow control setting switches. Plus, the thermostatic mixing valve combines incoming cold and hot water and limits the temperature of water going to the faucet better than a mechanical mixing valve, preventing scenarios where hot water overruns the cold water and causes scalding. Also included are two hot / cold 12″ long, 3/8″ compression supply hoses that allow you to connect the unit to your facility’s water lines. With your electronic faucet installed, you can enjoy the benefit of up to 70% water savings for your business!
