Whether you use wood chips or another material, this VarioSmoker gives you the ability to smoke and cook foods at the same time in your combi oven. This smoker comes with a USB port to use Intelligent Mode along with your combi oven. Simply connect the USB plug with the power supply and USB port on the combi oven, and turn on your VarioSmoker. The smoker will display available cooking options through the oven to work in tandem with the combi oven’s cooking options. For preparing fish, vegetables, or meats, this accessory is the perfect add-on to your Rational unit.
