Create a watertight seal with this Oatey Master Flash roof flashing. This roof flashing creates a reliable seal around the plumbing vent pipe in roof penetrations. It is designed for metal-profiled roofs, and it molds to a variety of roofing surfaces including plastic, tile, metal, and rubber membrane. It works with any panel configuration, roof pitch, and pipe location. It is easy to install by simply sliding it over the pipe, adding a silicone sealant between the base and roof surface, and securing it with sheet metal screws.
The base is made from soft aluminum that can be easily cut with a sharp knife or scissors, and it features marked cut lines for easy installation and to fit various pipe sizes. The collar conforms to most common roof slopes and accommodates 1/4″ to 4″ pipe diameters. The EDPM collar resists weathering caused by ozone and UV rays, and the flashing is rated for up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit of continuous heat.
