Details
Use this Cooking Performance Group 351CKFGC2 natural gas to liquid propane conversion kit as a simple way to adjust your safety valve to a different type of fuel. When used with the included burner orifice, this item converts the safety valve on your Cooking Performance Group convection oven from being compatible with natural gas to being compatible with liquid propane. Three 1.25 mm burner orifices are included, which direct the flow of fuel to the burner. This conversion kit can be used with Cooking Performance Group FGC-200-NK and FGC-100-N convection ovens.
