Ensure precise temperature control and safety with this Bradley Navigator thermostatic mixing valve. This innovative valve delivers both tepid and tempered water to faucet / eyewash applications. Its 2-in-1 design saves valuable space under the sink. It guarantees accurate temperature control with a variance of only + / – 3 degrees Fahrenheit. The built-in cold water bypass ensures a constant flow of cold water even when hot water is being used, providing consistent and reliable water temperatures.
This valve is designed to resist dirt and lime buildup, ensuring long-lasting performance and reducing maintenance requirements. It has a maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI and can be mounted in any orientation, ensuring flexibility in your plumbing setup. It also has 1/2″ NPT inlet and outlet connections and includes a 3/8″ compression fitting for easy connection to your faucet.
The valve also includes integral strainer check stops on the inlet, an adjustable set point within the temperature range, and positive shutoff of the hot supply in case of a cold water loss. There is a dependable liquid-filled thermostat on the eyewash valve and a wax-filled thermostat on the faucet valve. The faucet valve has a temperature range of 95-120 degrees Fahrenheit, and the eyewash valve is rated from 65-90 degrees Fahrenheit. This thermostatic mixing valve is a reliable solution to help regulate water temperature and protect against potential hazards.
