Enhance your kitchen with this American Range Majestic convection oven! This unit is easy to operate for consistent results, and it uses hot air to cook food more quickly and evenly. It features a 1/2 hp, 2-speed oven blower motor with low and high fan speeds for baking and roasting. Plus, it quickly preheats to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in under 15 minutes. Its spacious cavity includes 5 chrome racks with 12-position chrome rack guides to adjust the oven configuration. These racks accommodate (5) 18″ x 26″ full-size sheet pans placed front-to-back or left-to-right to create a staggered effect that improves airflow during baking. Or, it can fit (10) 12″ x 20″ hotel pans.
This unit boasts a total heat output of 90,000 BTU per hour, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking results. It has a durable stainless steel top, front, and sides for long-lasting use in your busy kitchen. Its interior is porcelainized for easy cleaning. The included stand helps stabilize your unit while providing additional storage space. This model has dependent double doors to simultaneously open and close the doors with just one hand. These glass doors allow you to monitor the cooking process, and they swing open 135 degrees for convenient access.
This oven has a dial thermostat to easily adjust the temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses an electronic spark igniter for quick and reliable ignition. It also has a toggle on / off switch and a 1-hour timer for precise cooking time management. Its oven cool switch provides rapid cool down after use, while its burner “on” light provides a visual indicator of the oven’s status. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation, and it comes with a 6′ power cord.
