A great accessory for your Alto-Shaam rack management system, this cover is designed to fit over select racks that can be rolled into your 20-10E or 20-10G combi oven. During peak periods of high volume production, use this cover as an extra tool in keeping your pre-plated meals warm as they wait to be served.
This blanket cover features a textured nylon exterior with a nylon pack cloth interior, which houses polyester insulation that keeps your meals toasty warm on the rack. A webbing handle aids in the placement and removal of the cover over your rack, and a Velcro® closure ensures a snug, secure fit. Make sure to grab one of these covers when you purchase a rolling pan or plate cart, so you can truly reap the benefits of the rack management system.
