Flush toilets completely hands-free using Zurn Elkay’s ZEMS6200-WS1-YB-YC AquaSense exposed diaphragm toilet flush valve with hardwired automatic sensor. The quiet-type diaphragm in the flush valve makes for a softer sounding flush that is less disruptive in noise sensitive settings. The diaphragm includes a by-pass filter that is resistant to clogs, and subsequent potential leaking. In addition, the no-leak seal technology helps cut down on service calls as well as maintenance costs.
A hardwired automatic sensor uses infrared technology in order to detect motion and trigger the flush valve for a hands-free flush. The low consumption flush valve requires only 1.6 gallons of water per flush. All gaskets are chemical resistant and will not break down due to the use of harsh cleaning agents. The ADA-compliant handle includes a high back pressure vacuum breaker, and the control stop has internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow. A one-piece hex coupling nut and spud coupling make for easy servicing, while a vandal resistant stop cap prevents any tampering.
