Flush toilets completely hands-free using Zurn Elkay’s ZEMS6003PL-WS1-W1 Aquaflush exposed diaphragm urinal flush valve with hardwired automatic sensor. The quiet-type diaphragm in the flush valve makes for a softer sounding flush that is less disruptive in noise sensitive settings. The diaphragm includes a bypass filter that is resistant to clogs and subsequent potential leaking. In addition, the no-leak seal technology helps cut down on service calls as well as maintenance costs.
A hardwired automatic sensor uses infrared technology in order to detect motion and trigger the flush valve for a hands-free flush. The low consumption flush valve requires only 1.0 gallon of water per flush. All gaskets are chemical-resistant and will not break down due to the use of harsh cleaning agents. The ADA compliant handle includes a high back pressure vacuum breaker, and the control stop has internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow. A one-piece hex coupling nut and spud coupling make for easy servicing, while a vandal-resistant stop cap prevents any tampering.
