This Zurn Elkay Z6915-XL-CWB AquaSense electronic sensor faucet provides an excellent way to make hand-washing hands-free and more sanitary! Faucet handles are touched often and by many people, making them a potential threat for the spread of germs. This faucet dispenses water using an infrared proximity sensor that can tell when hands or an object is placed under the spout, completely eliminating contact with the faucet and reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Additionally, the sensor comes with a 30-second timeout feature to prevent sink overflow and ensure water is being used only as needed. The faucet features a sleek and durable chrome-plated brass body and a 6 3/4″ cast spout that delivers a modern look while providing ample clearance for comfortable access. The 1.5 GPM aerator provides a gentle water flow, and it’s designed to prevent tampering.
The faucet installs using a single inlet for a 1/2″ ball riser, and it comes with a connector wire that can be attached to a P6000-HW6 or P6000-ACA power converter (sold separately) to run the faucet’s electronics. A 6″ wide deck plate blends the faucet in with your sink and secures it with a set of mounting studs on 4″ centers.
The electronics module and solenoid install beneath the countertop for a clean presentation, with easy access when you need to service the faucet. An in-line filter within the faucet body helps to ensure that the waterways remain clear and that no sediment reaches the outlet. The mounting hardware is included.
