Zurn Elkay Z1035-Q Details

This Zurn Elkay Z1035-Q makes floating drains a thing of the past and helps you to get your installation right on the first try! This stabilizer plate is used to secure your drain to a structural decking (Q-Deck) base before concrete is poured and prevents the drain from being tipped or knocked out of position during the bustle of an active job site. It also keeps it from tilting or floating as the concrete is poured and worked into place around the drain. You can use it to save time too, and assemble the drain to the desired rough-in height before you get to the job site, which can be a huge benefit if you need to install multiple drains. For added convenience, it is designed to create an open pocket on the underside of the plate, so that you can attach waste line piping after the pour is completed. It is designed to be used with 8 3/8″ drain bodies.
