Zurn Elkay 12-ZW1070XLC Details

The Zurn Elkay 12-ZW1070XLC Aqua-Gard 1/2″ thermostatic mixing valve with copper sweat connection helps to mix hot and cold water in order to reduce the temperature of the hot water to 95-115 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermostatic design is extremely sensitive to incoming water temperatures and pressures, and responds faster than a tempering valve. This ensures safe water temperatures and prevents customers from potentially hazardous conditions. Comprised of a durable cast bronze body and internal brass, this mixing valve is suitable for both residential and light commercial applications. It has a 1/2″ copper sweat connection and is rated for use in up to 145 PSI of pressure.
