Keep your water lines working properly with this Zurn Elkay 12-975XL3 1/2″ reduced pressure principle backflow preventer with male 45 degree flare SAE test fitting! Specifically designed for installation on high health hazard, potable water lines it will prevent both back siphonage and the backpressure of polluted water from getting into your water supply. It’s rated for up to 175 PSI of pressure and for temperatures of up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It also comes built with standard full port QT ball valves and an integral male 45 degree flare SAE test fitting.
This backflow preventer has a compact, lightweight bronze body for increased durability and installation variety. Test ports on the valve’s centerline make installing and testing a breeze. It even comes with the EZSwap modular check valve for easy maintenance and repair access. This backflow preventer is also built with a Noryl body and corrosion-resistant, stainless steel fasteners so you can trust in its long-term reliability.
