This kit is a direct replacement for the original parts that came with your Sloan Regal or Royal flushometers. The kit comes with the tailpiece, O-ring, and lock ring. If there is leaking around the control stop or if someone damages the thread finish on the tailpiece, then this kit can resolve those issues. It can adjust about one inch to work around unique installation requirements.
