This Sloan CX 3400300 polished chrome concealed sensor water closet flushometer is a smart choice for water closets in your commercial restroom. Boasting a versatile polished chrome finish that complements nearly any design aesthetic, this flushometer lends a subtle, modern accent to your toilet fixtures. It provides the quality and usability you expect and depend on, with a reliable piston valve and a valve body made from semi-red brass.
This flushometer is a great option for improving health and sanitation measures, as it uses an infrared sensor with a range of 22″ to 46″ to provide touch-free operation. By using a sensor, you eliminate the toilet handle, which is a key contact point for germs to spread. This helps to make your business safer and more sanitary for guests and employees alike! The sensor is powered by (4) “AA” alkaline batteries and can be hardwired if needed, so the flushometer is ready to use right out of the box. These batteries provide up to 5 years of life, giving you plenty of time before a changeout is needed.
To ensure your flushometer is operating at maximum capacity, it comes with all necessary hardware such as a fixed volume piston with filtered O-ring bypass, a short V500A vacuum breaker, and vandal-resistant wall plate. Because it’s designed with a front access wall plate, you have quick access to the plumbing. A flush button with an electrical override is also included if manual use is required and, for added convenience, this unit also has a low-battery flashing LED. To improve water conservation, the flushometer has an adjustable flush connection.
This single flush unit uses 1.6 GPF and has a 20-80 PSI flow rate. Additional features include an integrated control stop and rear spud fixture connection with a 1 1/2″ spud coupling. This flushometer requires a 1″ supply pipe and 12 5/8″ rough-in for use.
