This Sloan BASYS 3324245 polished chrome hardwired deck mounted low integrated base body double sensor faucet is a great way to bring the convenience and safety of hands-free operation to your restroom! The polished chrome finish complements nearly any design aesthetic, lending a subtle, modern accent to your sink. It features a wide 4″ base and 0.5 GPM multi-laminar spray device, which creates a comfortable flow pattern without aerating the water stream. This design is particularly important in applications where contamination is a concern, since a typical aerator can introduce airborne germs into the water supply.
For energy efficiency, the double infrared sensors come set with a default timeout of 10 seconds. By using a sensor, you eliminate the faucet handle, which is a key contact point for germs to spread. This helps to make your business safer and more sanitary for guests and employees alike! As for the faucet, it installs on a single mounting hole and a flexible, high pressure supply hose connects the faucet to the water supply.
This diecast metal unit comes with the necessary mounting hardware and (4) “AA” alkaline batteries, so it’s ready to use right out of the box. These batteries provide up to 3 years of life, giving you plenty of time before a changeout is needed. As another option, this hardwired faucet can use a plug adapter to generate power. To keep you informed about any potential maintenance, the faucet includes above deck diagnostic indicators for battery life, solenoid condition, and power-up mode, so you can stay on top of repairs before they’re needed.
Adding to this faucet’s unmatched composition, it boasts a bi-stable magnetic solenoid valve for increased energy savings, a “line purge” mode to remove stagnant water, a removable carrier for the solenoid valve that closes the water supply when removed, and a vandal-resistant spray insert. A mixer is not included and, if desired, must be purchased separately.
