Made of strong stainless steel, this stand features 4 pairs of rails to hold full size gastronorm pans. The bottom of the stand is partitioned into 2 cubbies, 1 of which includes the rails for pan storage. The other cubby is great for storing other supplies, like oven mitts or spatulas. For ventilation and easy access, the back of the stand is fully open.
This particular stand is designed to accommodate two stacked SelfCookingCenter XS combi ovens, making it perfect for a wide variety of operations. Its feet are also adjustable, so you can ensure that it’s even and stable for use in your facility. Plus, because it’s stationary, the stand won’t accidentally roll during operation.
