Made of strong stainless steel, this stand features 8 pairs of rails to hold full size gastronorm or sheet pans. The bottom of the stand is partitioned into 4 cubbies, 2 of which include 4 pairs of rails. The other 2 cubbies are great for storing other supplies, like oven mitts or spatulas. For ventilation and easy access, the back of the stand is fully open.
This particular stand is designed to accommodate a SelfCookingCenter XS combi oven, making it perfect for a wide variety of operations.
