The continuous hinge allows you to open the door 180 degrees for easy access, and the door automatically closes and latches from an open position of 90 degrees, ensuring greater security. Better yet, this access panel comes equipped with a standard slam latch with ring and key.
This access panel is perfect for commercial or industrial applications. It’s fire rated for 1 to 3 hours, and it’s insulated with 2″ mineral wool, which has an R-value of 8. The 1″ frame flange allows you to hide rough wall or ceiling openings for a clean and professional look.
