Keep your floors sanitary and safe with this IMC/Teddy ASFT stainless steel anti-spill floor trough! This floor trough is made with durable 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel with brushed satin-finished exposed surfaces and TIG-welded, leakproof joints. This item features a 6″ depth with integral coved, horizontal corners and a pitch that directs fluid toward the 6 1/2″ drain and waste outlet for complete drainage. It also features an anti-spill design that prevents water from splashing outside of the trough, keeping it away from expensive equipment and the walking surface for added safety. This item is compatible with IMC/Teddy accessories (sold separately) and is ideal for a variety of food equipment layouts.
This trough’s waste outlet features a removable, perforated stainless steel basket strainer with a handle and a 3″ tailpiece with a 4″ outlet diameter (OD) waste outlet. A recessed outer flange and a 1″ deep ledge support floor tiles and provide a grout pocket. This item features SQ grating made with 12 gauge 1″ stainless steel bars connected with (3) 1/2″ type 304 stainless steel rods. The bars are set in vertical positions with banding on all sides that form a closed grid, with a serrated top surface that provides an anti-slip surface for added safety. The grating is designed with quick, thorough cleaning in mind. This floor trough is designed for use in commercial and institutional settings where food equipment is present and large food prep facilities with high volume, rapid discharge applications. It’s perfect for placement in front of kettles and in areas with large amounts of water present.
