This Blodgett 1415 countertop single deck electric oven is the perfect choice for your kiosk, food truck, or display cooking area! Boasting 3.75 kW and a 9″ high baking compartment, this oven offers you the ability to bake or cook a wide variety of foods in a compact, countertop size footprint. With a drop down door and a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle, you’ll have an easy time transferring products to and from the oven’s cooking cavity.
For optimal temperature retention and energy conservation, this oven features 1″ high mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom. The baking compartment is lined with aluminized steel, and 3 tubular type heaters combined with a Cordierite deck provide quick and efficient heating throughout the compartment. The solid state digital display control is user-friendly and has a temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and thanks to the 12 hour timer and audible alarm, you’ll be able to focus on other kitchen tasks without worrying about your delicious, slow-roasting products burning in the oven.
The stainless steel front, sides, and top allow for ease of cleaning, resilience, and increased corrosion resistance. For added convenience, the adjustable 4″ legs allow for leveling. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
