It is coated to prevent fading from harsh UV rays and to provide a water-resistant barrier to protect the threads from bleeding. This coating also prevents soil and mildew buildup.
This motorized, retractable awning has a motor on the right side, making it easy to operate with the included remote control. It easily retracts and expands using the multi-chambered, stainless steel, and dual-cabled lateral projection arms. It comes with a durable aluminum protective hood that covers the top and sides of the awning when fully retracted. This awning also comes with a removable 10′ valance for additional curb appeal.
This unit is easy to install by simply mounting the included wall brackets and securing the awning onto the brackets. It can be installed on a variety of surfaces for versatile placement.
