Zurn Elkay ZER6003AV-EWS-SM Details

Operate your urinal completely hands-free using this Zurn Elkay flush valve. The quiet-type diaphragm in the flush valve makes for a softer sounding flush that is less disruptive in noise sensitive settings. It uses a touchless, accurate infrared EZ flush sensor to detect motion, which triggers the diaphragm for a hands-free flushing and more hygienic operation. The 10-degree angled sensor is battery-powered using four “C” batteries. With high-impact polycarbonate housing and a chrome-plated plastic cover, the sensor is sure to withstand heavy use. Plus, the three second delay flush and 12″ to 60″ adjustable infrared sensor range allow for a well-timed flush. It features a true mechanical manual override button for convenient on-demand flushing. The dual seal diaphragm includes a triple filtered by-pass that is resistant to clogs. In addition, all internal seals are chloramine-resistant, preventing breakdown over time and helping to cut down on service calls and maintenance costs.
This valve’s gear-driven operation with 6 VDC motor actuator performs and lasts longer than solenoids, saving you money on replacement costs. A low battery LED indicator will let you know when it is soon time to change out the batteries. This flush valve is finished with a polished chrome-plated design for added durability and a sleek appearance while also being easy to clean. For added convenience, it has an optional 24-hour auto-flush setting to combat stagnation and maintain the fixture trap seals, protecting your facilities from sewer gases during periods of inactivity.
This flush valve requires only 0.5 gallons of water per flush. The ADA-compliant design includes a high back pressure vacuum breaker, and the control stop has internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow as well as a sweat solder kit and wall flange with set screw, making it the perfect water-saving solution. A one-piece hex coupling nut, spud coupling, and flange for the top spud connection make for easy servicing, while an adjustable tailpiece makes installation easier.
