Whether you need to replace an existing faucet or you’re working on a new installation, this T&S EC-3142-HG ChekPoint deck mounted electronic faucet is the perfect way to deliver water for handwashing, while its hands-free design works to improve sanitation and reduce the spread of pathogens in your facility. It boasts a rigid cast spout that measures 5″ long while the 2.2 GPM aerator regulates the flow and reduces splashing. Additionally, its vandal-resistant design deters tampering and damage. The faucet’s electronic components are all kept above the deck / countertop in the base of the spout for easy access and installation. Instead of adjusting a mixing valve like some models, you can simply use the temperature mixing handle on the side of the faucet to set the water temperature. When you are done pull the handle out, replace it with the faucet plug, and your faucet is ready to use. The faucet connects to your facility’s water lines using a pair of 19″ supply hoses, while the electronic functions are powered by a hydro-generator that negates the needs for an AC adapter or batteries. It has a 2 1/2″ base.
