Flush urinals completely hands-free using this Zurn Elkay ZER6003AV-EWS-TM chrome plated sensor operated battery powered urinal flush valve. The quiet-type diaphragm in the flush valve makes for a softer sounding flush that is less disruptive in noise sensitive settings. The diaphragm includes a triple filtered by-pass that is resistant to clogs, and subsequent potential leaking. In addition, the no-leak seal technology helps cut down on service calls as well as maintenance costs. Boasting a versatile chrome-plated finish that complements nearly any design aesthetic, this sleek flushometer lends a subtle, modern accent to your urinal fixtures.
A battery powered automatic sensor uses infrared technology in order to detect motion and trigger the flush valve for a hands-free flush. It requires and includes 4 “AA” size batteries for operation. The low consumption flush valve uses just 0.5 gallons of water per flush. All gaskets are chemical resistant and will not break down due to the use of harsh cleaning agents.
Additional features include a high back pressure vacuum breaker, an adjustable tailpiece, and a control stop with internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow. A one-piece hex coupling nut and spud coupling make for easy servicing, while a vandal resistant stop cap prevents any tampering. This unit requires 4 AA batteries for operation.
